Respect Others: Treat all individuals with respect and dignity, regardless of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. Harassment, discrimination, or any other behavior that creates an unwelcoming or hostile environment will not be tolerated.

 

Respect the Animals: We are dedicated to providing a safe and caring environment for the animals on our farm. All visitors are expected to treat the animals with kindness and respect, and to follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff.

 

Be Safe: Safety is our top priority. All visitors are expected to follow safety guidelines provided by our staff, including but not limited to wearing appropriate footwear, following animal safety protocols, and refraining from behavior that could cause harm to themselves or others.

 

Follow Farm Rules: All visitors are expected to follow our farm rules, including but not limited to respecting designated areas, staying with their designated group, and refraining from behavior that could damage property or disrupt the farm environment.

 

Be Kind: Blue Iris Farm is dedicated to creating a culture of kindness and compassion. All visitors are expected to treat each other with kindness, empathy, and understanding, and to refrain from behavior that could be harmful or hurtful to others.

 

Report Concerns: If you witness any behavior that violates our Code of Conduct or makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, please report it immediately to a member of our staff. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action to address any concerns.
